Hole in One for Holistic Hospice Care!

Welcome to the First Annual Hole in One Golf Tournament for Endless Journey Hospice Care.  We are excited about this new event and can't wait to see all the amazing "Pro" players and "Fair Weather" amateurs having fun supporting a good cause.  This tournament is for everyone, no matter your level of expertise. 

Arrival& Check Ins 8am-8:50am:

Upon arrival and check in you will receive your Team Assignment or Team Packet and have an opportunity to get your raffle tickets.  Be sure to make your tickets count in our raffle prizes.  We would like to thank all of our sponsors and raffle prize donors for being so gracious in their generosity. 

Shotgun start at 9:00am

Hole Sponsors will be set up with a booth at each hole so before you tee off make it a point to check in and see what shenanigans they are up to.  Games, prizes, and contests!  Be on the look out for announcements of each sponsor on our social media @endlessjourneyhospice. 

We know it is going to be a long and exciting day full of fun and we want you to end the evening with a full stomach.  Each golfer is invited to the Burger Buffet dinner at 530pm where we will announce the winners of the raffle drawings and our Big Tournament winners.
